Booking software for lash and brow studios

Booking software for lash and brow technicians

Lash work runs on a two to three week cycle, long appointments, and clients who book from your Instagram bio at 11pm. TimeToBook gives you a booking page that handles 2-week and 3-week infills as separate services, a patch test clients can book before their first set, SMS reminders the day before, and deposits on the long appointments. One technician is free, forever.

Free for one staff member. No card needed. Last updated 28 October 2026.

The short version

TimeToBook suits solo and small lash and brow studios that want online booking, reminders, client notes and (where available) deposits without a monthly fee or a marketplace taking a cut. It leaves infill eligibility and patch test timing to you (the client's history and notes are on every booking) and has no intake forms. If you are one tech with a treatment bed and a phone, the free plan covers everything you need.

What lash and brow technicians need from booking software

The problems that come up every time we talk to lash studio owners, and what TimeToBook does about each one.

Infills priced and timed by weeks since the last visit Set up 2-week, 3-week and 4-week infills as separate services, each with its own duration and price, so clients pick the right one online. Give each a rebook interval and TimeToBook Plus emails the client a one-tap rebook link when they are due, before they slide into full-set territory. The software does not block an infill if someone books one too late; their last visit is on the booking screen, so you can see it and switch the service before they arrive. Feature details
A patch test before a new client's first set Add "Patch test" as a free 15-minute service that new clients can book online. Put your rule in the service description ("book your set at least 48 hours after this"). TimeToBook does not enforce the gap between the two bookings, so a client could still book them too close together; you will see both on the calendar and can move one. Feature details
Deposits on 2-hour full sets, not on 45-minute infills Deposits are switched on per service, so a volume full set can need a deposit while an infill for a regular does not. Clients pay when they book online, the deposit is refunded automatically if they cancel inside your notice window, and kept if they do not show. Part of TimeToBook Plus, where online payments are available in your region. Feature details
Fewer no-shows on long appointments Email reminders go out automatically and are free. SMS reminders go 24 hours before at a flat per-message credit cost. Every confirmation has a manage link where the client can cancel themselves inside the notice window you set (24 hours by default), and no-shows are marked on the client record so you can see who has form. Feature details
Lash maps, curl, length and adhesive on file Each client has notes that show on every booking, so "C curl, 10 to 13mm, sensitive to standard adhesive" is in front of you before they lie down. There is no per-client photo gallery; the portfolio in TimeToBook Plus is for your public booking page, not clinical records. Feature details
Clean-down time between clients Give a service buffer time and nobody can book into it. A 90-minute set with a 10-minute buffer shows as 100 minutes on the calendar and the next online slot starts after the buffer. Feature details
Bookings from Instagram, at any hour, without you replying Your booking page lives at a link you put in your bio or link tree. Clients choose a service, a time and leave a name and phone number. You get a push notification in the TimeToBook app and it lands on your calendar; nothing to approve. Feature details

A lash studio service menu, as TimeToBook stores it

Every service in TimeToBook has a duration, optional processing time (hands-off time another client can be booked into), optional buffer time (clean-down nobody can book into), a price, and a rebook interval that drives automatic rebooking reminders. Here is a typical lash studio menu set up that way. Durations are typical, not rules; adjust them to how you actually work.

Lash lifts last around 6 to 8 weeks and brow lamination should not be repeated more often than every 6 to 8 weeks, so those get a 7-week rebook interval. Online start times are offered every 15 minutes by default (or every 30, or on the hour), so short services like a brow tint and a patch test are listed at 15 minutes to keep the day tidy; a service can be as short as 5 minutes if you prefer.

What TimeToBook costs a lash studio

The first staff member is free, forever. Each additional staff member is $10 a month. No marketplace commission, no contract.

Solo lash studio

Free

One bookable person. Online booking page, calendar, email reminders and confirmations, client records, the mobile app. Not a trial.

Two-tech studio

$10/month

2 bookable staff: the first is free, then 1 × $10. Two beds, two techs, one calendar. Add a third and it is another per-staff fee, nothing else changes.

SMS reminders

Prepaid credits, $ per 100. They never expire. Email reminders are free and unlimited.

Deposits

Online deposits are not yet available in your region. Email and SMS reminders, plus client self-cancellation, do most of the no-show work in the meantime.

No marketplace commission

Nobody takes a cut of a booking made through your page, and your clients are your clients. The only per-transaction fee is on payments taken through TimeToBook, where that is available, and it includes card processing.

Is TimeToBook right for your lash studio?

Simple on purpose. Here is who it suits best, and the few things we leave out.

A good fit if you…

  • Work alone or with one or two other techs, from a home studio, a rented room or a small shopfront
  • Take most bookings through Instagram, TikTok or Google and want a link that just works on a phone
  • Want deposits on long sets without paying for a card terminal or a monthly payments plan
  • Are paying per-staff fees or a marketplace commission elsewhere and would rather not
  • Keep your own records and are happy with notes rather than forms

What we don’t do

  • Digital consent or intake forms inside the booking flow
  • Classes or group bookings for lash training

Questions lash and brow technicians ask us

Can clients book a 2-week infill and a 3-week infill as different services?

Yes. Each is a normal service with its own name, duration and price, so your menu can read "2-week infill, 45 min" and "3-week infill, 60 min" exactly as it does on your price list. You can also set a different price or duration per technician for the same service.

Does TimeToBook stop a client booking an infill when they really need a full set?

No. TimeToBook does not check the date of the last visit against the service they chose. What it does is show the client's booking history and notes on the booking, so you can see "last set 6 weeks ago" before they arrive and change the booking to a full set. Rebooking reminders in TimeToBook Plus reduce how often this happens by prompting clients when they are due.

How do I handle patch tests for new clients?

Create a short service called "Patch test" and make it free. New clients book it online like anything else, you dab the product on at the appointment, and they book their set for 24 to 48 hours later. Put the rule in the service description so clients see it before they book. If they book the set too close to the test, you will see both on your calendar and can move it.

Can I take a deposit for full sets only?

Yes, where online payments are available in your region. Deposits are set per service, as a fixed amount or a percentage, so you can require one on full sets and skip it on infills and removals. The deposit is refunded automatically if the client cancels inside your notice window and kept if they cancel late or do not show. Deposits are part of TimeToBook Plus, which is included with every paid Team plan and free trial.

Can clients cancel or move their own appointment?

Every confirmation and reminder has a manage link. Inside your notice window (24 hours by default, adjustable) the client can cancel themselves. With TimeToBook Plus they can also pick a new time without messaging you. Outside the window the buttons disappear and they have to contact you.

I work from home and do not want my address on the booking page. Is that a problem?

No. Address visibility is a setting on the booking page: show the full address, the general area only, or nothing. Clients who book still get the full address in their confirmation, so only people with an appointment see where you are.

Is it really free for one technician?

Yes. One bookable person is free with no time limit: booking page, calendar, email reminders and confirmations, client notes and the mobile app. You only pay when you add a second bookable person, buy SMS credits, or choose TimeToBook Plus for extras like deposits and rebooking reminders.

Do you take a cut of my bookings?

Not on bookings. There is no marketplace and nothing is taken from a booking made through your page. The only per-transaction fee is on payments taken through TimeToBook, such as online deposits, and it includes card processing.
