SMS messages are charged according to our current pricing. We reserve the right to suspend SMS services if we detect misuse or non-payment.
Online Payments and Deposits
These terms apply if you use the Service to take payments from your clients, such as deposits on online bookings. Online payments are part of TimeToBook Plus.
Payment processing. Payments are processed by Stripe. To take payments you need a Stripe account, which we set up for you, and you agree to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Services Agreement. You authorise us to share information about you and your transactions with Stripe, and to manage your Stripe account on your behalf, including setting when payouts are made.
Your clients and your policy. You are the seller of the services your clients book, and you are responsible for providing them. You set your deposit amount and your free cancellation window in the Service. We show that policy to your clients before they pay, and it is the policy your clients agree to. You agree to honour it. Clients who cancel before your free cancellation window ends are refunded automatically. Deposits for late cancellations and no-shows are kept for you. You can choose to refund a client at any time from the booking.
Fees. We take a platform fee on each payment, shown in your Payments settings. It covers card processing. If you refund a payment, our fee on the refunded amount is returned to you.
When you get paid. Deposits are held in your Stripe account until the appointment has happened (or the client didn't turn up, or cancelled too late to be refunded), and are then paid out to your bank. Other payments are paid out as normal. We usually make payouts daily. Payout timing can also depend on Stripe and your bank. We may hold back or delay a payout if a payment is disputed, if we reasonably suspect fraud or a breach of these terms, or if Stripe asks us to.
Refunds, disputes and chargebacks. You are responsible for refunds, disputes and chargebacks on payments made by your clients, including any that happen after the money has been paid out to you. If a client disputes a payment with their bank, the amount is held back from your payouts while the dispute is open. We respond to the dispute using the booking details and the policy your client agreed to, and we may ask you for more information. If the dispute is decided in your favour, the money is paid out as normal. If it is decided in the client's favour, the amount is returned to the client from your Stripe balance.
Recovering money you owe. If your Stripe balance can't cover a refund, dispute or chargeback, you agree that we and Stripe may recover the amount from your future payments, or from the bank account linked to your Stripe account where Stripe allows it. If we can't recover it that way, you agree to pay it to us when we ask.
Limits. We may limit the deposit a single booking can take, as shown in your Payments settings, and may change these limits.
If you stop using payments. If you cancel Plus or close your account, new bookings stop taking deposits straight away. Deposits you have already taken stay held until their appointments have happened and are then paid out, and can still be refunded or disputed as above.

Current pricing is available on our website. Prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You may export your data before termination. After termination, we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies.
